# Proquri

Proquri is for companies that buy SaaS. Any SaaS contract, order form or MSA gets a plain-English report of its terms and a renewal radar for free; the contracts you unlock add savings opportunities, the AI Deal Copilot and exact peer pricing once at least three different companies have shared comparable contracts.

- Proquri Unlock 1 (€200 per year, excl. VAT): Exact peer pricing (once at least three different companies have shared comparable contracts), savings opportunities and the AI Deal Copilot for one contract — renewals and amendments included.
- Proquri Unlock 5 (€750 per year, excl. VAT): Exact peer pricing (once at least three different companies have shared comparable contracts), savings opportunities and the AI Deal Copilot for up to five contracts at a time — €150 per contract.
- Includes the AI Deal Copilot — up to 500 questions per contract per year (fair use).
- Exact peer pricing is shown once at least three different companies have shared comparable contracts. Until then an unlocked contract shows how many comparable contracts exist, not a price.

## How the benchmark pool is anonymized

- Only structured terms go into the benchmark pool — never your documents, your company name or your notes.
- Product, price, term and caps kept as data; seats, signing date and notice grouped or rounded.
- Your company name, signatures and notes stay out.
- Your document never enters the pool.
- From the Terms of Service (3.3): "Customer acknowledges and agrees that Proquri extracts pricing data and contract terms from uploaded documents and contributes anonymized pricing and contract-term data (rounded or grouped values only — never contract text) to an anonymized peer data pool, which other customers see only as aggregates across several customers."
