Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does the No Cure – No Pay Guarantee work for brand new contracts.

If there is no offer on the table that we can compare with then we are unable to give an ROI guarantee. In these cases you will be invoiced as if the minimum threshold was met regardless of the end result. However, we do absolutely believe that we will be able to help you negotiate better terms and prices than you would yourself.

2. How do you calculate the “No Cure – No Pay” guarantee?

Unless you save more in the first full year than our fee, we don’t charge you anything for our work on that contract.

3. So we pay € 1.500 or nothing?

In cases where savings are less then € 1.500 you pay nothing for our work on that contract. We still offer continued monitoring of prices, terms and renewals for that contract if you choose. The yearly cost for that is €600 per year/contract.

4. What if we decide to change vendors

Sometimes we recommend a similar service from another vendor as part of a negotiation process. Should you decide to go with that vendor instead of your original choice we take that as confirmation the cost/value was better. We will then charge you as if the minimum threshold for our No Cure – No Pay guarantee has been met.

5. How involved are you in actual negotiations?

Our assistance is tailored to your needs. Proquri can provide you with insight into prices and terms that are otherwise not transparent and offer advice on how to best proceed with a negotiation. In other cases we can be your designated commercial contact point for a contract and negotiate commercial terms on your behalf if wanted.
